Mindful Ministry: Creative, Theological and Practical Perspectives

Christian ministry requires a wide range of skills as well as the ability to reflect theologically. Mindful Ministry links the skills required by clergy in their day-to-day ministry of being and doing with active reflection on what it means to be a reflective practitioner. Part 1 considers how clergy and those who work with them can explore the skills required, while Part 2 focuses on identifying, considering and acquiring the necessary skills. The authors consider among others caring, praying skills, guiding, organizing and liberating as well as the skills of weakness.
